FAQ’S

Do I have to purchase tickets online in advance?

No but it’s the only way to guarantee a jump time slot for you and despite the fact that our park is huge, we are really busy and often sell out so we strongly recommend it. You should also sign a waiver online to save you more time when you get to the park.

Must I sign a waiver?

Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to sign a waiver.

Do I have to complete a waiver every time I come to bounce?

No. Once a waiver has been completed it lasts for 12 months.

Can someone else’s parent complete a waiver for me?

Yes. The parent or guardian making the booking will be responsible for completing all waivers for those jumping under the age of 16.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel any booking for fewer than 10 Participants by providing us with no less than 7 days notice before the start of the activity.

You may cancel any party or open jump booking for 10 or more participants by providing us with no less than 21 days notice before the start of the activity.

If you cancel a booking according to the notice period and you’ve made any payment in advance for the activity, we will refund these amounts to you.

Is my booking transferable?

All bookings are non-transferable if it is within 48 hours of the event time. Please email by clicking here if you wish to amend. Please include the day and time you wish to move your booking to (subject to availability).

Do you have lockers?

We have several lockers available for your valuables, phones, etc which are £1 to use but the £1 is returned at the end of your use. It’s first-come, first served basis. Your property is left in these lockers entirely at your own risk.

Are there any weight or height limits?

The weight limit for our trampolines is 17 stone. There is no height limit because the ceiling is just so incredibly high.

Can I jump with a medical condition?

If you have any sort of medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline, you must consult a doctor first and only jump with their permission. You can not jump at all if you are pregnant.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts or tracksuits. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. All loose jewellery will need to be removed.

Why do I need to wear those grippy jumping socks?

Our jumping socks have been designed to increase grip on the trampolines, reducing the risk of injury especially on our wall trampolines. The socks are available to purchase online or reception for £3.00 a pair.

How old do you have to be to jump?

The minimum age to bounce is 5 years old. Children under the age of 11 must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult guardian. We run Megatots sessions for younger jumpers. See our Activities page for further details.

Can my children come and bounce without a parent or guardian?

Anyone 11 years or over may come to jump without a parent or guardian. You will still require a waiver completed by a parent or guardian if under the age of 16.

I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I pay when I get there?

Online bookings need to be paid for at the time of booking. If you are not able to do this online you can pay at reception upon arrival, but please be aware we cannot guarantee spaces will be available and you may have a long wait for the next session.

When do I need to arrive?/What happens if I am late?

We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before your jump session. Please allow plenty of time to check in, especially at weekends and school holidays. If you are late you will lose your jump slot. If we are not busy then you may be able join in with what remains of your session.

How do Partys work?

What to expect on the day

Please arrive 30minutes before your jumping time is due to start, check in with reception when you arrive, where they can start your check in process.

You will be greeted by your party leader 15 minutes before your jumping time where they will assist you issuing the wristband’s and socks. They will then show you to the locker area so your guests can store their belongings and watch the safety video. Lockers are £1 which is returned on opening the locker.

Your jumping time starts with a safety briefing before being allowed onto the courts. Given your guest approximately 1hr free jumping time.

At the end of the jumping time your party leader will collect the children and bring them up to your allocated party room. Party rooms are subject to change we are unable to guarantee room allocation before the day.

The party leader will stay with you, to help you in the room. (Catered option only)

You need to exit the room at half past the hour and make your way to the locker area to be collected. Parents and guardians will be asked to wait in the locker area to collect their children.

Will I be told what to do?

All jumpers will receive a briefing about the rules of the park. You must receive this briefing every time you attend MegaJump. If you miss a briefing you will need to wait for the next briefing. This will reduce your jump time by approximately 10 minutes. You must attend a briefing every time you visit MegaJump.

How can I change the amount of party guest I have?

Increase/decreasing numbers

If you are looking to decrease your numbers, you would need to give us 21 days’ notice according to our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, if a guest doesn’t show on the day we are unable to refund/credit any monies back to you. If you wish to swap someone into their space this is no problem as long as they have completed their waiver. You can increase up to 7 days before the party as long as we still have availability. Increasing/Decreasing can be done by contacting us on info@megajump.co.uk or 020 3823 2020, this cannot be done through the website.

Can I get to MegaJump using public transport?

Yes, please see our directions page.

What happens if I lose my socks?

You will need to purchase another pair for £3.00 at reception.

Can I bring my own food?

No, due to our health and safety policy no outside catering is allowed in the park. Snacks and drinks are available from our Café and vending machines.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have free parking for approximately 60 cars.

If our car park is full then please try The Venue public pay and display 2 minutes walk away.

Is there a spectator area?

Yes, we have a huge spectator area with a café.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, but only for spectators.

MEGAJUMP SAFETY & PARK RULES

Here at MegaJump safety is our number one priority, please make sure you have read the below and familiarised yourself with the rules before booking your day out with us. The below rules are to ensure our customers can enjoy the park to its full potential, while significantly reducing the chance of injury.

Before jumping all participants are required to sign a waiver which will inform and educate them on the potential risks which could occur whilst trampolining.

We ask that participants arrive 30 minutes before the start of their jump session, to watch an educational safety briefing video which reinforce the park rules, ensuring you know the fundamentals to ensure you jump safely amongst others.

Court monitors are stationed at all times throughout a jump session to ensure rules are being adhered to advise and guide participants. All court monitors go through vigorous and selective training.

RULES OF THE PARK

  • All jumpers must have completed a signed waiver before jumping. Waivers are valid for 12 months.
  • For customers under the age of 16, a waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before you can jump. 
  • All children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult during the MegaTots sessions.
  • All Megajump customers must have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions before jumping. 
  • All instructions or requests from Megajump staff must be adhered to immediately. 
  • Megajump customers will be issued a session wristband and this must be clearly worn and displayed at all times. 
  • Please be considerate of other customers, especially younger users. 
  • It’s very important to be aware of those around you and appreciate that others may not be as experienced or confident on the trampolines. 
  • Strictly one jumper per trampoline 
  • Jumpers must wear trampoline grip socks on the trampoline court 
  • Please do not use or attempt to use the trampolines while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 
  • No food or drink is permitted on the trampoline decking. 
  • Please also ensure that your pockets are clear of loose items such as change and keys. Lockers are available to store all your personal valuables. 
  • No mobile phones, jewellery, other sharp items of clothing or accessories should be worn while using the trampolines. 
  • Always try to land on two feet and be aware of your own ability and competence. 
  • Somersaults over the pads between trampolines is strictly forbidden. 
  • We ask our customers to avoid running within the park and other boisterous activity which can lead to danger. 
  • Please do not lay or sit on the trampoline beds. There are areas within the park for rest and the café to rehydrate. 
  • In the unlikely event of the fire alarm sounding our trained staff will direct you to the nearest emergency exit. Once outside staff members will direct you to the fire alarm assembly point on the main car park

All customers use the park at their own risk and although we do all we can to offer a safe environment any jumper with a current or previous medical condition or injury should seek medical advice before using the park.
